A gold medalist in Masters in Psychology, Bachelors of Arts (Honours), I highly value intrapersonal as well as interpersonal relationships. The core elements of my practice revolve around regulation of thoughts and navigating well through relationships. While stress is inevitable and may touch our lives every now and then, I firmly behold that if one is well equipped with these two key weapons, they will not succumb to challenges.

In the trajectory of life, at each stage and phase one builds connections and sometimes a discordance in any of these becomes a source of immense distress even without our conscious awareness. Humans, being the social beings ebb and flow in their relational fluency but marked dwelling on one spot can lead one towards turbulent waters. My practice as a professional involves negotiating these relational conflicts and transforming your relations from redundancy and complacency to exploration and understanding the nuances of human heart and behaviour. I strive to make your relational blocks as the building blocks in your voyage of life.

Thoughts

Thoughts are the guiding force of our ‘self’s’ and a world in themselves. They hold the power to make you or break you and demand constant monitoring and regulation. In practice, I systematically tend to delve into the nature of your thoughts and the emotions associated with it to attain a better understanding of your experiences.
